Science Applications International Corp. has received a potential seven-year, $58 million task order to help NASA deploy and integrate cloud computing services within the agency’s information technology infrastructure.
SAIC said Tuesday it will develop, maintain and manage websites and online applications under the task order awarded through the NASA Enterprise Applications Service Technologies 2 Master Agreement.
The company will perform work across the country.
“We are excited to expand our support to include NASA’s cloud-based web services,” said Bob Genter, senior vice president and general manager of SAIC’s federal civilian customer group.
Genter added the company offers mission-critical services to agency facilities and missions.
