Tyler Wall Joins Nutanix as Chief Legal Officer

Tyler Wall, formerly vice president and general counsel at Red Book Connect, has joined Nutanix as chief legal officer at the California-based cloud computing software provider.

The more than two-decade technology industry veteran will manage Nutanix’s legal department in his new position, the company said Tuesday.

Dheeraj Pandey, founder, chairman and CEO of Nutanix, said Wall will oversee transparency and compliance efforts as the company aims to expand its go-to-market strategy from software platforms to cloud services.

Wall previously held the roles of vice president, general counsel, chief compliance officer and corporate secretary at  Brocade, where he led a department composed of attorneys, contract managers and compliance staff members.

He also worked in legal positions at Chordiant Software and Oracle.
