KBRÂ has received a potential five-year, $80 million contract to help the U.K. ministry of defense manage the agency’s operational facilities in the Middle East.
The company said Monday it will maintain existing MoD infrastructure assets in the region as well as provide grounds maintenance, reprographics, office machinery and government equipment support services.
The contract has a three-year base value of $48 million along with three option years.
Work will occur at various MoD facilities in Afghanistan, Iraq, Oman, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates.
KBR noted it will record the contract as an unfilled order for the company’s government services business segment in the third quarter of 2017.
