The Defense Logistics Agency plans to issue a request for proposals on a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for network modernization support services by July 12.
DLA will launch the small business set-aside procurement effort to identify contractors that can help the agency modify and update its telecommunications and network infrastructure, according to a FedBizOpps notice posted Monday.
The contract will cover network infrastructure design, engineering and installation support as well as technical expertise and subject matter experts, among others.
Work will occur at contractor facilities and DLA locations, which the agency will determine upon issuance of individual task orders.
