Alisha Poland, a 10-year business operations and capture management professional, has been named director of business development at Fulcrum.
The company said Thursday that Poland will oversee the company’s BD efforts in support of civilian and federal programs.
“Alisha’s experience and established relationships will continue Fulcrum’s commitment to strengthen connections with our existing customers and forge partnerships with new customers,” said Fulcrum CEO Jeff Handy.
She has previously collaborated with several federal agencies such as the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the departments of Defense and Homeland Security.
Poland is a member of various organizations that include the National Industrial Defense Association, Women in Technology and the Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association.
