CGI has been awarded a five-year, $30.4 million contract to perform application management services for the human services ministry of Canada’s Alberta province.
The company said Tuesday it will work to maintain applications, update AMS, develop tools to simplify agency operations and support a newly formed innovation office at Alberta Human Services under the contract, CGI said Tuesday.
Shawn Derby, senior vice president of CGI’s western business unit in Canada, said the company aims to help the agency drive organizational performance and meet strategic goals.
“We are proud of our long-term partnership with Alberta Human Services which began back to 2002, and honored to expand our relationship through this new contract,” Derby added.
