General Dynamics has launched a cloud-based customer service platform designed for government clients that require high security and privacy.
The Customer Experience Platform uses Genesys technology that supports both cloud-based and on-premise deployment options, General Dynamics said Wednesday.
Marcus Collier, General Dynamics senior vice president for health and civilian solutions within the information technology division, said CXP aims to deliver scalability to support contact centers at different locations and to meet government standards for security.
The company noted that CXP is compliant with the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program.
