Deloitte‘s digital unit has teamed up with Adobe to develop a new software platform for government services accessible across digital channels.
Deloitte Digital has launched CitizenConnect, which is designed to provide access to multiple citizen services applications via mobile devices in an effort to boost customer relationship management for government agencies, Deloitte said Thursday.
“Government’s current approach to self-service is often siloed along agency and service lines, which can result in an inconsistent and often frustrating experience for its citizens,” said Kristin Russell, director at Deloitte Digital.
Russell added that the citizen engagement platform combines Deloitte and Adobe digital technologies in effort to create a retail-like experiences for users.
CitizenConnect works to support on-the-go usage and centralized access, avoid data redundancy and provide search wizards, notifications to users and federated application forms, Deloitte said.
