David Warner, manager of western sector road and highway projects at Parsons, has been appointed to serve on the city of Seattle’s advisory committee on women- and minority-owned business enterprises.
He will support the city government’s efforts to promote equity in municipal contracting activities, Parsons said Wednesday.
“Diversity is one of Parsons’ core values, and we continue to help our customers meet their WMBE contracting objectives,” noted Don Graul, a Parsons group president.
“I am confident that David will serve the city of Seattle well in this new advisory role.”
Warner has been with the company since 2010 and helped manage several of the firm’s construction and engineering projects in Washington.
The 14-year civil engineering professional is also a board member at the American Council of Engineering Companies.
