cybersecurityFinmeccanica subsidiary Selex has been awarded a $21.48 million contract to continue its cyber threat detection support work for NATO for another two years.

Selex will implement the NATO computer incident response capability in additional NATO sites, Finmeccanica said Tuesday.

Finmeccanica-Selex has been operating NCIRC since May 2014 to help the alliance carry out its cyber strategy.

The company will extend the NCIRC operation to other locations as part of NATO’s Cyber Defense Action Plan.
