The Oregon Department of Justice has awarded CSG Government Solutions a contract to perform quality assurance studies on the state’s child support system modernization program.
CSG said Tuesday it will also perform risk assessment, quality control evaluation and independent testing of a Child Support Enforcement Automated System for the state agency.
Deneen Omer, director of CSG’s child support practice, said the company plans to use its REALize suite of program modernization tools and methods in the project.
Oregon aims to build a hybrid CSEAS infrastructure that would combine multiple components from child support systems used in the states of California, New Jersey and Michigan.
CSG has worked with federal, state and municipal government agencies to help them plan and manage public program modernization initiatives.
