Elaine Duke, former undersecretary of management at the Department of Homeland Security, has been elected to join the board of advisers of the Government Technology & Services Coalition.
Duke will advise the GTSC on programs, collaboration opportunities and how to further understand federal homeland and national security missions, the GTSC announced Tuesday.
She is the founder and CEO of Elaine Duke & Associates LLC.
“Her 28 year career in the federal government, and particularly her exceptional understanding of DHS is a tremendous asset to the coalition’s work,” said Kristina Tanasichuk, GTSC founder and CEO.
“[GTSC] recognize that this is a complicated process – from requirements building to acquisition to execution – there are a variety of factors that result in success,” Duke said.
“I look forward to contributing to each of these factors with constructive partnerships between industry and the government,” Duke said.
