Jacobs Engineering Group will work to design and construct facilities for the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps under a five-year contract worth up to $30 million.
The company will also provide geographic information systems, mapping, facilities planning and real estate management services to the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Midwest, Jacobs said Tuesday.
Tom McDuffie, a Jacobs group vice president, said the company intends for the architecture and engineering contract to help the Navy Region Midwest and the U.S. Marine Corps Forces Reserve achieve its facilities goals.
Jacobs will perform surveying, geotechnical investigations and environmental studies for NAVFAC MW’s and MARFORRES Command projects across the U.S.
