AECOM has appointed Andrew Liu as senior vice president and director of growth for the company’s U.S. West region transportation business, where he will work to lead growth for the segment. “We are pleased to have Andrew return to AECOM and help lead our transportation strategy and growth,” said Travis Boone, regional chief executive for AECOM’s U.S. West region.

Octo has appointed Letitia “Tish” Long, a former director of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and a two-time Wash100 Award recipient, to the company's board of directors. Constellis has won several contracts since its restructuring in late March. Key contract wins include a $198M task order to provide security operations support for the Department of Defense at Camp Buehring and Camp Arifjan in Kuwait; $75M contract for security, counterterrorism, fire protection and mail room services at the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant in Missouri; and a $33M contract with the Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Protective Service for work at the St. Elizabeths campus in Washington, D.C.
