Paul Baginski, former CEO and chief marketing officer at PAB Consulting, has joined Michael Baker International as executive of the engineering and consulting services provider's office in Richmond, Va.
The 25-year industry veteran will manage work with federal, state and municipal government customers within the central Virginia area in his new role, Michael Baker said Tuesday.
Baginski helped create a proprietary mapping technology during his time at PAB and previously held leadership positions at Professional Environmental Engineers, Leidos, Amec, Kleinfelder and Parsons Brinkerhoff.
He holds active membership at the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Society of American Military Engineers.
