Matthew Ford, chief operating officer at iNovex, has assumed additional role as president of the Columbia, Maryland-based portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital. iNovex said Tuesday that with his dual hat, Ford has oversight of the company's operational execution, total team alignment and products and services delivery.

System High, a portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital, will provide integrated security support services to the Department of the Air Force under a subcontract from General Dynamics' information technology business unit. The company said Monday it will help the DAF secure mission-critical activities related to national security as part of the $4.5 billion Air Force Security Support Services multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract issued in February 2021.

Rick Wagner, former president of Microsoft Federal and a six-time Wash100 Award winner, has joined Enlightenment Capital-backed information technology company Agile Defense as its new CEO. Jay Lee, who previously held the position, will move into a strategic advisory role while remaining on Agile's board of directors, the Reston, Virginia-headquartered organization announced on Tuesday.
