CACI International has chosen MicroPact‘s entellitrak software platform to support the former company’s task order contract with the Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeals within the Department of Health and Human Services.
MicroPact said Wednesday CACI will use entellitrak to develop an appeals case management system for OMHA as the agency’s Electronic Case Adjudication and Processing Environment.
Kris Collo, president and CEO of MicroPact, said the company will use a data-first case management approach as part of efforts to help HHS drive efficiency in the appeals process for Medicare claims.
The Web-based, commercial-off-the-shelf entellitrak platform will work to provide workflow management, content management, analytics and report building functions to ECAPE, MicroPact said.
MicroPact added ECAPE will also have the entellitrak efile module to enable users to upload, create, view and track filing requests and documents via a Web portal.
