PartnershipSoftServe and Intel have formed a partnership to develop Internet of Things platforms and image recognition systems using Intel’s development board.

SoftServe said Thursday it will also work to develop detection technologies using Intel Edison platform, which is designed for use in making connected devices.

Yuri Mykolyshin, Intel head of marketing for Ukraine, said the combination of Intel Edison and SoftServe’s software applications intends to leverage the development of IoT systems.

Juan Turruellas, executive vice president of worldwide business development at SoftServe, said the partnership “reflects a shared commitment by both companies to improve the performance of next-generation software systems and solutions.”
