Nonprofit science and technology organization Noblis has selected Reston, Va. as the location of its next headquarters site and plans to complete the move by Fall 2016.
The Falls Church, Va.-based organization said Thursday it has signed a full-building lease to occupy 160,000 square feet of space at a building on Edmund Hally Drive that is near the future Reston Town Center Metrorail station.
That station is intended toi open during phase two of the Silver Line expansion to Dulles International Airport.
Phase two is scheduled to complete in 2018, Metro says.
Noblis has been headquartered in Falls Church since 2007 and has nine other sites in Washington, Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia and Texas.
