CGI-logo - ExecutiveMosaicThe governments of Colorado and West Virginia have adopted a CGI enterprise resource planning system to automate purchasing and accounting processes.

CGI said Thursday the new Colorado Operations Resource Engine uses the firm’s Advantage ERP technology and is built to help the state government manage budgeting and procurement functions.

The company also helped West Virginia’s government update more than 100 legacy business applications and transition to CGI-powered Our Advanced Solution with Integrated Systems platform.

According to CGI, wvOASIS is designed to support financial, human resource, and payroll services and offers access to enterprise data and reports.

CGI has deployed more than 400 ERP systems for government organizations at the federal, state and local level to date.
