Boeing Co. will repair F/A-18 aircraft for the U.S. Navy, under a $9.8 million contract modification, the Jacksonville Business Journal reported Thursday.
Timothy Gibbons writes Boeing will perform most of the work in Jacksonville and the rest in St. Louis.
The company has previously worked to manage supply of spares and repair services for the jet fighter, according to the report.
The Navy’s Weapon Systems Support Command will supervise the contract, the newspaper reports.
