Kronos has been selected to develop a workforce management technology for the U.S. Communities Government Purchasing Alliance, a cooperative that acquires resources for public sector entities at the state and local levels.
Maryland’s Harford County Public Schools district conducted the solicitation and evaluation process on behalf of the alliance, Kronos said Tuesday.
Greg Smith, public sector vice president of public sector at Kronos, said the company intends to deliver workforce management technology in the public sector through the contract.
Member local and state government agencies, school districts, higher education institutions and nonprofit organizations purchase goods and services through the U.S. Communities Government Purchasing Alliance.
