Deloitte and the Northern New England Accountable Care Collaborative have partnered to offer an analytics technology platform with the goal of addressing unwarranted variations in population-based care.
Insight is built to integrate Deloitte unit ConvergeHealth‘s data management system with NNEACC’s predictive models and seeks to help providers manage clinical risks, health outcomes and care coordination, Deloitte said Tuesday.
“NNEACC’s mission is to support providers as they move from volume to value-based reimbursement models,” said NNEACC CEO David Wennberg.
“The platform is designed to integrate and analyze EMR, claims, HIE and operational data to enable member health systems to coordinate patient care,” said Jason Girzadas, Deloitte Consulting LLP’s national managing director for life science and healthcare.
NNEACC offers the population health management platform by using a software-as-a-service model designed to help ACOs collaborate, develop benchmarks and implement best practices.
Deloitte says healthcare organizations can acquire the SaaS offering through a subscription-based or an on-premise service.
