IBM launched a workforce management and talent acquisition tool that is designed for big data analytics during the IBM Connect 2014 event in Orlando, Fla., eWeek reported Thursday.
Darryl Taft writes the IBM Kenexa Talent Suite is intended to help human resources and company executives process workforce data for hiring prospective employees, as well as managing and keeping current employees.
The company wants HR professionals to use insights from the analyzed data to pinpoint factors to employee success and adjust hiring practices based on those success factors, the report said.
