NTT DATA Veteran Carol Moore Named Chief Operating Officer at OSC Edge - top government contractors - best government contracting event

Carol Moore, formerly vice president and sector leader for U.S. federal civilian agencies at NTT DATA, announced Tuesday via LinkedIn that she has been appointed chief operating officer at IT services company OSC Edge.

Moore brings over 20 years of experience in program management and business transformation, with a strong track record in scaling and leading IT organizations.

Early Career and Advancement at NTT DATA

Moore began her career at NTT DATA in 1998 in the recruitment division. She later moved into contract management, supporting government clients such as the Department of Defense, Department of Transportation and U.S. Mint.

Leadership at A-T Solutions

In 2011, Moore joined A-T Solutions as VP of business operations for the global security solutions group. She established the business operations function, grew annual revenue, oversaw daily operations and led key Department of Homeland Security mentor-protégé partnerships.

Return to NTT DATA

Moore returned to NTT DATA in 2012 to lead major federal accounts, including the Federal Student Aid, Department of Education and U.S. Agency for International Development. In her most recent role as VP and sector leader for U.S. federal civilian agencies, she managed a $100 million portfolio, spearheading strategic planning, staffing and performance initiatives.
