Andrew Liebert Joins TRP Infrastructure Services as CEO - top government contractors - best government contracting event

TRP Infrastructure Services, a  portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, has appointed seasoned senior executive Andrew Liebert as CEO. He replaced TRP co-founder Rod Pekurney, who will remain as senior adviser and board member, ACP said Tuesday.

Leadership Experience

Liebert brings into TRP more than 20 years of industry experience in road construction and related services. As head of the company, he will guide its growth strategies and pursue efforts enhancing TRP offerings to meet evolving customer needs.

Immediately before joining TRP, Liebert served for over a year as chief commercial officer of Colony Hardware. He also had a previous stint as executive vice president of sales and site operations at Aramsco and as CCO of the Construction Supply Group, leading a sales and marketing team across 120 U.S. and Canada branch locations. Other senior executive roles that he previously held include serving as CCO of Ennis-Flint, president of HD Supply and vice president of General Electric.

Peer Comments on Appointment

Michael Lustbader, an ACP managing partner and a 2025 Wash100 awardee, expressed trust in Liebert’s capabilities, saying he is well-qualified to lead TRP to its “next iteration of growth and success.” Pekurney, the former CEO of the company, also conveyed confidence in Liebert, noting his “strategic vision and proven track record driving growth and expansion.”

ACP completed the acquisition of Texas-based TRP in July 2021, expanding its portfolio of operations in Alabama, Arkansas, North and South Carolina, Georgia, Florida and Texas.
