Executive Mosaic CEO Jim Garrettson personally visited Noblis President and CEO Mile Corrigan to present her with the 2025 Wash100 Award.
For the third consecutive year, Corrigan has been named to the prestigious list of the top 100 leaders in the government contracting industry.
“Mile is a powerhouse in federal tech and innovation, leading Noblis to another standout year. A Noblis veteran of nearly two and a half decades, she took the helm as CEO in late 2023 and has kept the momentum strong,” remarked Garrettson, founder of the Wash100 Award.

With a focus on AI, cyber and digital transformation, Mile continues to push Noblis forward as a trusted, objective partner in government innovation,” added Garrettson.
Noblis’ Defense and Federal Civilian Contracts
Corrigan earned her third Wash100 accolade for her continuous efforts to drive Noblis’ growth and innovation. Under her leadership, the company secured significant government contracts in the defense and federal civilian sectors.
Noblis was selected as the prime contractor for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s $4 billion Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction program to procure technologies to counter WMD threats. The company’s subsidiary, Noblis MSD, also won a spot on the $982 million Naval Sea Systems Command’s 2024 USV Family of Systems contract to develop and maintain unmanned surface vehicle systems and subsystems.
Noblis was also the only nonprofit awardee selected for the FBI’s Information Technology Supplies and Support Services 2nd Generation contract, valued at $8 billion. Other contracts booked by Noblis in 2024 include the $709 million Air Traffic Engineering and Program Support II contract from the Federal Aviation Administration and the $500 million Strategic Technical ARPA-H Talent Support contract from the Advanced Research Projects Agency.
