Bradley Stegman, a U.S. Navy veteran with 35 years of experience in strategic growth, capture management and program oversight, has been named director of business development for the homeland security sector at Aretum.
He will lead strategic growth efforts, strengthen customer relationships and help expand Aretum’s presence within the Department of Homeland Security and its related agencies, the company said Monday.
Sean DuGuay, Aretum’s chief growth officer, said Stegman’s “deep expertise, strategic vision, and commitment to mission success align perfectly with our goals to support the critical needs of our homeland security clients.”
Stegman’s appointment comes after Aretum recently added Jinni Amin, Tino Pania and John Lauer as business development directors.

Earlier in his career, he worked as a senior program manager at BAE Systems and Northrop Grumman.
