NuAxis Innovations has developed a tool that works to enhance federal websites that suffer from customer experience shortcomings like design challenges, accessibility issues and outdated content, according to Raza Latif, the company’s CEO.
NuAI Capabilities
Latif said in an article published on the NuAxis website that the tool, called NuAI, uses artificial intelligence — specifically GPT 4 large language models — to automatically assess a website’s weaknesses then offer actionable recommendations.
NuAI works to evaluate the clarity and simplicity of a site’s language, and identify outdated, confusing or conflicting content. NuAI also looks into how the site can be improved in terms of its code as well as its accessibility features.
In addition to providing recommendations, the tool also offers visual data insights and a customer experience rating.
Testing NuAI on Government Sites
Latif said NuAI has been tested on the 20 most-visited websites of the Department of Motor Vehicles and Bureau of Motor Vehicles. During the test, the tool identified CX issues and highlighted areas for improvement.
“By automating these assessments, agencies can accelerate digital transformation and deliver better citizen services, faster,” Latif explained.
