Tang Pham, formerly general manager of the national security group at Microsoft, has joined the federal group within AT&T as vice president of defense.
In a LinkedIn post on Tuesday, the executive expressed excitement about the opportunities ahead and said he is honored to lead efforts for the Department of Defense, Defense Industrial Base, Department of Energy and Department of Homeland Security.
Tang Pham’s Career
Pham joined Microsoft in August 2021 as general manager for defense, holding the role for over three years before transitioning to general manager of the national security group for a brief period.
Prior to Microsoft, he served as vice president of technology commercialization at ManTech, where he worked for 13 years.
Earlier, he owned and served as president of NOVA AV Systems, a company specializing in residential and commercial audio-visual design.
