Retired U.S. Navy Vice Adm. Colin Kilrain has been appointed to the board of directors at Constellis, a risk management and mission support provider.
Kilrain’s appointment follows the recent addition of Kurt Takahashi, CEO of Netwatch Group, to the company’s board of directors.
Constellis CEO’s Remarks
Terry Ryan, CEO of Constellis and a Wash100 winner, said in a statement Friday, “Colin’s exceptional leadership and operational experience make him an invaluable addition to our Board of Directors.”
He added, “His expertise in counterterrorism, intelligence, and global security will greatly enhance Constellis’ ability to support our clients in the most demanding environments.”
Kilrain’s Background
From 2021 to 2023, Kilrain advised the Joint Chiefs of Staff on defense strategy and interagency coordination.
Before that, he was the CIA’s associate director for military affairs, influencing U.S. national security policies.
He also previously commanded NATO Special Operations, Special Operations Command Pacific and Naval Special Warfare Group Two, leading missions worldwide.
