Jennifer Nelson, a national security industry leader, has assumed the role of chief operating officer at Finch AI.
She will oversee business development, sales and marketing, customer engagement and product development and management operations as COO, Finch AI said Wednesday.
Nelson most recently served as general manager of national security at Amazon Web Services.
The veteran information technology industry executive also held leadership roles at IBM, Sun Microsystems and Agilex Technologies, which is now part of Accenture.
Reston, Virginia-based Finch AI provides artificial intelligence-based products designed to help defense, intelligence community and civilian agencies and commercial clients generate insights from large volumes of data.
