Chris Stone has been elevated to the dual role of vice president and chief supply chain officer at Lockheed Martin, according to his LinkedIn post published Friday.
Prior to his promotion, he worked as the company’s vice president of supply chain for enterprise operations.
He joined Lockheed in January 2021 after acting as VP of supply chain and materiel management at Aerojet Rocketdyne for over two years.
The executive also previously held business operations and production-related VP roles at Textron Systems and Textron subsidiary Bell Helicopter, where he worked for more than a decade.
Stone served as a captain at the U.S. Army’s aviation division for seven years before joining the private sector in May 2004 as a global commodity manager at Smiths Aerospace.
