General Atomics‘ aeronautical systems business has secured a $75 million contract to help the U.S. Army sustain its fleet of Gray Eagle unmanned aircraft systems.

The company will provide logistics support for the sustainment of the Gray Eagle Block 0 system under the sole source contract, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.

The CLS contract covers operational and logistics support, technical support, sustainment and training of drone supplies and equipment across sites within and outside the contiguous U.S. sites, according to a notice posted on SAM.gov.

General Atomics will conduct work in Poway, California, until June 28, 2025.

Army Contracting Command, which serves as the contracting activity, obligated $10 million in fiscal 2023 operation and maintenance funds.

Gray Eagle UAS is capable of autonomous takeoff and landing to support reconnaissance, surveillance and target acquisition operations.
