Scott Pitcher, formerly a contract manager and technology protection engineering subject matter leader at System High, has been promoted to lead the security engineering firm’s analytical research hub as technical director.
He will oversee the development and deployment of protection technology offerings for the national security sector through the System High Analytical Research Center, the company said Tuesday.
Pitcher served at the U.S. Air Force for 22 years before he joined System High in 2015 and his industry-related experience covers various areas such as cyber incident damage assessment, military operations and information technology and assurance.
Chantilly, Virginia-based System High operates as a portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital.
