General Dynamics’ information technology business has received a potential 10-year, $829 million task order from the Defense Intelligence Agency to provide on-site and remote information technology services for domains and networks at various DIA sites worldwide.
The Customer Care Center task order awarded through the Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III contract in November includes workflow modernization through automation and deployment of a customer experience team that will use analytics, data insights and CX processes to address IT issues and improve services, GDIT said Friday.
“As DIA implements its IT modernization strategy over the next decade, we look forward to partnering with the agency to enable users to save time, work faster and stay focused on their mission of providing intelligence to our military forces,” said Amy Gilliland, president of GDIT and a 2022 Wash100 Award winner.
The DIA Virginia Contracting Activity received five offers for the task order and expects work to run through Jan. 27, 2032, according to the Department of Defense.
