Robert Hoyecki Named CIS Secure COO; Bill Strang Quoted - top government contractors - best government contracting event

Robert “Rob” Hoyecki, a veteran Curtiss-Wright executive, has joined CIS Secure as chief operating officer.

He will oversee CIS Secure’s product engineering, quality assurance, production and testing efforts, the company said Thursday.

CIS Secure CEO Bill Strang said Hoyecki will bring to the role his experience in managing mission-critical systems and will help identify acquisition opportunities as the company works to deliver mission-driven engineering systems.

Hoyecki began his career at Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions as a hardware design engineer in 1994. He held positions of increasing responsibility at Curtiss-Wright, including director of application engineering and marketing, director and general manager for advanced multicomputing and VP and senior GM of the company’s systems solutions division.

Ashburn, Virginia-based CIS provides secure communications, information technology equipment and other computing platforms for defense, intelligence, homeland security and law enforcement agencies and commercial clients.
