Intelligent Waves announced on Tuesday the appointment of Sherylyn Asch to the company’s growth team as head of strategic capture management. Asch will lead all capture activities and support the company’s growth and expansion efforts.

Asch possesses over two decades of experience in the Federal acquisition process, working on the full lifecycle of government contracting with the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and civilian marketplace.
She is responsible for over $4 billion in capture strategies in her career. Most recently, Asch was the chief growth officer at a small Alaska Native Tribal Corporation start-up and helped transform the company into an 8(a) government contractor with $70 million in contracts awards and 50 employees within three years.
Asch promotes learning environments that encourage shared knowledge, promote collaborative innovation and increases organizational performance in preparation for growth and change. She is a trusted advisor for senior executives and C-level leadership.
Along with her notable career accomplishments, Asch is a licensed instructor with Shipley Associates and a member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals. She has also completed the CACI Emerging Leader Program, which provided her with strategic business and management leadership skills.
