Thomas Campbell, a former general manager for L3Harris Technologies, has been named president of Made In Space, a Redwire subsidiary focused on in-space manufacturing technology.
Campbell will lead activities under a portfolio of in-space production technologies, and will succeed Andrew Rush, who will serve as Redwire's chief operating officer on a full-time basis, the company said Wednesday.
The newly appointed president will also oversee multiple products including Archinaut, a robotic system that uses additive manufacturing to produce large complex structures.
He brings expertise in space structures and antennas, having recently led L3Harris' space antenna business pursuits across commercial, defense and federal civilian markets.
His career spans over two decades in the aerospace industry.
