SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket has carried another batch of Starlink satellites to orbit as part of efforts to provide low-latency broadband connectivity around the world.

SpaceX said Monday the company launched 60 of the satellites from the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida and landed the rocket’s first stage on a drone ship in the Atlantic Ocean after the stage separation phase.

The recent launch comes after SpaceX sent the first wave of 60 Starlink satellites to orbit in May.

According to SpaceX, the Falcon 9 fairing has previously been used to support satellites manufactured by Iridium, Pasifik Satelit Nusantara and Argentina’s space agency.

Starlink is slated to provide broadband services to U.S. and Canadian regions after six launches ahead of plans to expand globally after the 24th launch.
