Sherif Agib, former vice president of operations at Granicus, has been named the new chief operations officer of PrimeGov.

He will serve a key function in PrimeGov’s efforts to scale business processes as the company’s customers increase, the company said Friday.

Agib will help PrimeGov pursue efforts to fortify the firm’s business structure and sustain growth. He brings more than a decade of leadership experience, having formerly served at a variety of technology firms, such as ServiceMax and NetSuite.

“I’m excited about this new role at PrimeGov because it aligns very closely with my own values of putting our customers first and leading with passion and determination to meet their needs,” Agib said.

PrimeGov is a provider of government-tailored software systems spanning management, workflow automation, video streaming and citizen engagement applications.
