Three companies have landed spots on a $48 million contract to deliver supplies and hardware components in support of the U.S. Navy’s maritime, littoral, mine and expeditionary warfare initiatives.
Atlantic Diving Supply has received two initial delivery orders worth $476,700, while Booz Allen Hamilton and L3Harris Technologies’ Unidyne subsidiary have been awarded $224,200 and $10,000 orders, respectively, as part of the firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.
Contract work is scheduled to be completed by Sept. 2020. If all options are exercised, work may extend until September 2024. Naval Surface Warfare Center received three bids for the competitively solicited contract and the service branch will obligate funding from fiscal years 2017 and 2019 funds.
