Tim Reardon, CEO of Constellis and a 2019 Wash100 Award recipient, has joined the board of directors of Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit organization Humane Rescue Alliance. Reardon spent 10 years with the Central Intelligence Agency and held similar executive roles at Leidos and Lockheed Martin, HRA said Thursday.
Lisa LaFontaine, president and CEO of HRA, said that Reardon’s leadership experience and support for the organization’s missions will help expand its animal transport, adoption and disaster response operations.
“It is a privilege for me to join the Humane Rescue Alliance board of directors and serve the animals and people in DC – a community known for its dedication to animal protection,†Reardon said.
HRA promotes animal welfare efforts in the D.C. area and was formed in 2016 after a merger between the Washington Humane Society and Washington Animal Rescue League.
