Mike Tillman, formerly senior vice president of operations at Electrosoft, has been promoted to chief operating officer at the Reston, Va-based information technology contractor.
He will be responsible for helping drive Electrosoft's growth strategy under its three-year strategic plan and brings more than 25 years of leadership, program management and operations experience at government contracting firms to his new role, Electrosoft said Tuesday.
Tillman previously held positions at ICF, Dynamics Research and Impact Innovations Group.
Electrosoft offers cybersecurity, identity, credential and access management, software development and integration, program management and enterprise IT operations support services.
