Easterly Government Properties to Buy DEA Lab in Maryland - top government contractors - best government contracting eventEasterly Government Properties has agreed to purchase a Drug Enforcement Administration-run laboratory in Upper Marlboro, Md., that offers technical, administrative and scientific support to law enforcement and intelligence agencies.

The General Services Administration leased the class A lab for DEA through a 20-year lease agreement that is scheduled to expire in 2022, Easterly said Monday.

The property will mark the fourth DEA technical lab that Easterly will own.
