Atos‘s North American arm has signed a multiyear, $120 million agreement to provide cybersecurity services to the Virginia Information Technology Agency.
The company said Thursday it will provide a technology platform intended to help VITA detect threats, manage vulnerabilities, secure information and endpoints and manage security events.
VITA will receive the services through Atos’ Prescriptive Security model that works to consolidate threat sources and examine potential malicious behaviors.
Chad Harris, president of Atos operations in North America, said the company’s cybersecurity service employs computing power and automation tools.
Perspective Security is powered by Atos Bullion x 86 servers and designed to help users remediate threats in near-real time.
