Women in Technology has named the finalists for the nonprofit organization’s 19th Annual Leadership Awards, which recognize prominent female industry and government technology professionals.
WIT said Wednesday it will honor awardees during its gala ceremony that will be held on May 17 in Tysons Corner, Virginia.
Finalists include Jill Singer, vice president of national security for AT&T‘s public sector arm, in the “Corporate Large-Market Sector” category and Liz Anthony, senior vice president of marketing at ViON, in the “Corporate Mid-Market Sector” category.
Rebecca Cowen-Hirsch,senior vice president of government strategy and policy for Inmarsat Government, is also a finalist in the science, technology, engineering and mathematics leadership category.
Other categories include “Corporate Small-Market Sector,” “Government,” “Rising Star,” “Small Business/Entrepreneur,” “Unsung Hero” and “Women in Defense.”
