Troy Lahr, vice president of investor relations at Boeing, has been appointed as chief financial officer of the aerospace and defense contractor’s autonomous systems business in a move that takes effect Sept. 22.
The Chicago-based company said Wednesday Lahr will also serve on the board of directors of Boeing and Lockheed Martin‘s joint venture United Launch Alliance.
He joined Boeing in 2012 as senior manager for mergers and acquisitions after he previously spent 12 years at Stifel Financial as an aerospace and defense equity analyst.
Maurita Sutedja, former VP of enterprise finance services and CFO of capital business at Boeing, will succeed Lahr as investor relations VP and oversee the company’s interactions with investors.
