Neel Mehta
Paul Raggio serves as president of the security strategic business unit at government services contractor Chenega Corp.
He oversees growth strategies, market share capture and financial operations for seven of Chenega’s subsidiaries in the sector.
Raggio is a 12-year veteran of the Chenega enterprise and his prior roles have included president of the corporation’s security and protection services subsidiary and vice president of security operations for the integrated services organization.
He is also a former director of defense programs at L-3 Communications and retired from the U.S. Army with the rank of colonel in 2003 after a 26-year career in the service branch.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Santa Clara University and a master’s degree in business administration from Syracuse University.
