Neel Mehta
Rick Randall serves as vice president of business development at AECOM.
He was previously the business development VP at URS Corp. in January 2015, with responsibility in business development initiatives in the national and military intelligence markets.
Randall also served as a national security executive at Oceus Networks, business development VP at NCI, business development senior director at Serco – North America, system integrators director at Juniper Networks and business development intelligence programs director at Sun Microsystems.
From 2010 through 2012, he held the role as VP of business development/mergers and acquisitions at Sparta Inc., where he was responsible for the development of internal functions for defense, homeland security, cybersecurity and intelligence marketing.
Randall served as director of advanced programs and technology at Aerojet Rocketdyne between 1981 and 1997.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and a master’s degree in business administration at Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville.
